Vi får tillsammans med fem olika filmteam följa en rad olika flyttfåglar fenom 40 olika länder och samtliga sju kontinenter. Totalt 450 personer, 17 piloter och 14 fotografer som använder flygplan, glidflygare, helikoptrar och luftballonger för att flyga längs med, ovanför, under och framför fåglarna.
