When an armored car holdup goes horribly awry, Black, a bank robber from the wrong side of town, considers getting out of the game. While laying low, Black receives news from his cousin about a stash of uncut diamonds in a poorly guarded bank, and his plan to live on the straight and narrow grinds to a halt. With an opportunity that is too good to refuse, he puts together a crew and embarks on one last job before getting out for good.
