Curro (Leo Harlem), a salesman facing financial difficulties and a marital crisis, promises his son an unforgettable summer vacation in exchange for straight 'A's in school. When the boy, to his father's surprise, fulfills his part of the deal, Curro is forced to honor what he promised, despite not having the money.
