Fate makes poor man is a former boyfriend who left she to go to Africa and who has not seen for years. This coincidence makes Sophie rethink her life and let was going to be her future husband at the altar ... Adapted from the novel by Rosamunde Pilcher, Scottish writer whose works have been brought to the small screen since 1993.
