24. Lucy and The Boss of the Year Award

1968 - Season 6

When Mr. Mooney is up for becoming president of the San Fransisco branch of the bank, Lucy tries to get him named Boss of the Year so he gets the position.

23. Lucy and Sid Caesar

1968 - Season 6

Sid Caesar enlists Lucy's help in capturing Frankie the Forger, a look-alike who's passing off bad checks in his name. Lucy becomes confused with too many Caesars running around and repeatedly captures the real Sid.

22. Lucy and the Lost Star

1968 - Season 6

Lucy & Viv's car breaks down, so they visit the nearest house for help, which happens to belong to Joan Crawford. All of Crawford's furniture is away being redone, which lead the women to suspect she is broke, so they ask Mr. Mooney to help get her back to work.

21. Lucy Helps Ken Barry

1968 - Season 6

Ken is turned down by Mr. Mooney for a loan to open his dance studio. Lucy decides all he needs in a little publicity so she arranges for a bunch of truck drivers to sign up for lessons and wrangles some TV coverage.

20. Lucy and Phil Harris

1968 - Season 6

Lucy brings a Drunken lounge singer home to sober up for the night and finds out that he was once a talented song writer who is now a has been. He plays for her a song he's been writing and Lucy swears it's a hit, so she helps him make a come back.

19. Lucy and the Stolen Stole

1968 - Season 6

When Lucy takes Mr. Mooney to buy a fur for his wife, they're made an incredible offer by a shady character. The stole they buy from him turns out to be "hot", getting the two of them arrested for possession of stolen goods. Lucy and Mooney's schemes to get his money back from the crook get them arrested again... and again.

18. Mooney's Other Wife

1968 - Season 6

Mr. Mooney flirts innocently with a waitress when attending an out-of-town bank convention. But then the sexy server comes to L.A. insisting that Mooney has proposed to her. To scare her off, Lucy pretends to be Mrs. Mooney and shows the homewrecker how horrible it is to be married to a such a monster.

17. Lucy Gets Involved

1968 - Season 6

Lucy borrows Mr. Mooney's TV set and promptly breaks it. To make enough cash to replace it, she moonlights as a carhop at a drive-in. While there, she takes up the cause of a young motorcyclist who's accused of stealing and stripping cars.

16. Lucy and Viv Reminisce

1968 - Season 6

Lucy's old pal Viv Bunson comes out west to care for Lucy after she breaks her leg. They spend time looking back at when they lived together, until Viv breaks her leg while on her way to fix lunch, forcing Mr. Mooney to look after both of them.

15. Lucy and Carol Burnett (2)

1967 - Season 6

Flight attendants Lucy and Carol get their wings. Plus, the two red-heads team up with Mr. Mooney to stage a musical with Buddy Rogers and Richard Arlen from the silent film Wings.

14. Lucy and Carol Burnett (1)

1967 - Season 6

Lucy becomes a trainee flight attendant for Trans-Global Airways. She's teamed with fellow trainee Carol Tilford, who's afraid of heights. On their very first flight, the movie breaks, leaving the two to entertain the passengers.

13. Lucy and the Pool Hustler

1967 - Season 6

Lucy visits a local pool hall and enters their billiards tournament. Her main competition is a woman named Laura Winthrop. Cigar-smoking Laura, however, looks suspiciously like a a pool hustling man named Ace.

12. Lucy Sues Mooney

1967 - Season 6

Lucy injures her leg while working at Mr. Mooney's house, so she hires Mary Jane's lawyer cousin to get a little money for her pain and suffering. Once shady Willy Wiley sees big bucks to be made, he sues Mooney and the bank for everything they're worth.

11. Lucy, the Philanthropist

1967 - Season 6

Lucy takes in a homeless man and feeds him a home cooked meal. When she finds out that he needs a job, she goes to Mr. Mooney for help. He wants nothing to do with it until he finds out a millionaire is going around and posing as a bum and handing out cash to people who help him. So Mooney promptly gives him a job and a place to stay at his home, not knowing that the man is simply broke and not the secret millionaire.

10. Lucy's Mystery Guest

1967 - Season 6

Lucy accidentally tears up a letter from someone who is coming to visit her, not knowing when or who is coming to stay. It turns out to be Lucy's very controlling Aunt, who changes Lucy's diet to disgusting diet food, and gives her daily exercise regiments, so Lucy plots to get rid of her.

9. Lucy Gets Mooney Fired

1967 - Season 6

After there is a 48 cent shortage at the bank, Lucy puts her own money to make the difference. When Mr. Cheever finds out, he blames Mr. Mooney, and Mooney is promptly fired. Lucy becomes Mr. Cheever's secretary, but feels so bad about Mr. Mooney, that she tries to convince Mr. Cheever that he's going insane because of the guilt of firing Mooney, and she plots to get Mr. Mooney's job back.

8. Lucy and Robert Goulet

1967 - Season 6

When a poor trucker Chuck Willis(Robert Goulet) gets turned down by the bank for a loan, Lucy decides to help him out by entering him in a Robert Goulet lookalike contest. When he loses the contest, Lucy decides to take matters into her own hands.

7. Little Old Lucy

1967 - Season 6

Lucy and Mr. Mooney are sent to pick up Mr. Heatherington, the wealthy bank president, from the airport, and the gentleman finds that Lucy strikes his fancy. So when Mr. Mooney neglects to find a lady for Mr. Heatherington to escort to that evening's banquet, Lucy is given the job. But to her dismay, she's forced to dress up as a little old lady. As it turn's out, little old Lucy strikes perverse Mr. Heatherington's fancy more than the younger Lucy...

6. Lucy and Jack Benny's Account

1967 - Season 6

Needing new accounts for the bank, Lucy visits Jack Benny to try and get him to keep his money at her bank. He agrees to do it if she can prove that her bank can build a vault safer than his. Lucy then has the bank build a burglar proof vault, and gives Mr. Benny a personal tour of it.

5. Lucy Gets Her Diploma

1967 - Season 6

Lucy is in trouble when a new bank policy requires all of its employees be high school graduates, and she reveals she was unable to complete her final year. So now it's back to school for Lucy, who ends up helping another man earn his diploma as well.

4. Lucy, the Starmaker

1967 - Season 6

Mr. Cheever's wisecracking nephew, Tommy (Frankie Avalon), comes to work at the bank, to discourage him from the position he really wants – a job in show business. Despite the fact that he's to get no special treatment, Mooney repeatedly sucks up to him. Lucy soon befriends the young Cheever, who impresses her with a song and dance. So Lucy sets out to break Tommy into show biz...

3. Lucy and the French Movie Star

1967 - Season 6

Whe famous French movie star Jacques DuPre expresses interest in opening an account at Mr. Mooney's bank, Lucy is asked to visit his apartment and dictate a formal letter of agreement confirming the account. While visiting, she drinks a little too much champagne and makes a complete fool of herself. But Monsieur DuPre gets a kick out of it, and gets the account anyway.

2. Lucy Gets Trapped

1967 - Season 6

Lucy fakes sickness to go shopping at a one-day-only sale with Mary Jane. But when Lucy becomes the customer of the year and has her photo printed in the paper, Lucy must hide the paper from Mr. Mooney before he sees it.

1. Lucy Meets the Berles

1967 - Season 6

Needing some extra money, Lucy takes a part-time job as the secretary for Milton Berle. While Working for Mr. Berle, she suspects that he is having an affair and does the best she can to stop him in his tracks. (This synopsis is from the Front Row Features DVD.)
