When a heat wave hits the park, Woody ignores environmental means of coping, and Ethel believes it is a result of global warming and sets out to prove her theory. Woody counters her efforts by setting out to create the largest carbon footprint in history.

Woody is reopening Camp Brickleberry as a Native American-themed summer camp, and alerts the rangers that they will all be camp counselors. Their reluctance quickly changes when Woody reveals there will be a competition... except for Steve, who recalls the disasters of the past.

Steve is bored of being a park ranger, so he decides to become a cop, using trickery to get a chance at getting his foot in the door. Woody’s attempt to get treatment for his malady results in international attention.

When an old Ranger is retired, an amazingly beautiful woman with no qualifications captures Woody’s attention and he hires her on the spot. Woody gives Denzel’s job to Amber, and sends Denzel to the outreaches of the park. He then gives Ethel the impossible job of turning the beautiful but inept Amber into a Ranger.

Woody thinks he’s found a kindred spirit in the town mayor, and doesn’t realize he’s being set up. Tricked into a rigged poker game, Woody bets on a sure hand and loses the park to the corrupt mayor. Meanwhile, Ethel discovers that Malloy is actually a very rare breed of bear, and finds one of the last surviving females to keep the line going. Malloy’s enthusiasm to make a baby quickly diminishes when Mallory’s looks are a good enough reason to let his breed end with him.

Brickleberry is host to a regatta for super-rich yacht owners and Woody is determined to do whatever it takes to get an invitation to the event. His efforts seem to be working until Bodean convinces Steve to try hypnosis for his fear of piloting the helicopter, which turns him into a swashbuckling pirate, and Connie and Denzel get stranded on a lesbian island paradise.

When Ethel’s boyfriend dumps her, she gets drunk, sleeps with Steve and ends up pregnant. Things get worse when she goes to the abortionmobile/taco truck unaware that Steve has made a strange pact with the doctor. Meanwhile, Woody must do community service in a mental hospital as a result of driving drunk to the court house for his DUI ticket, but his stories about the antics of his friends gets them all committed.

The new Secretary of the Interior visits Brickleberry and walks in to find Woody throwing a wild party using Park funds. She immediately demotes him, proclaims Brickleberry to be the worst park in the country, and vows to turn it around. Everyone is in a panic, as their lives alter in ways they would never have imagined. Woody’s stunned when he finally discovers the true identity of his nemesis.

Steve feels he hasn’t accomplished anything meaningful in his life, so he enlists Denzel’s help to launch a career as a gay country music star. Malloy makes a wish to become a full-size bear, but when his wish comes true, his ego also evolves, with a grizzly attitude.

Woody’s mother comes for a visit, and all his old memories come hauntingly to life as Anita immediately reduces him back to her ‘bad little boy’. Just when he thinks it can’t get any worse, Denzel falls for Anita, and Woody’s world falls apart. Connie’s excited because her favorite show, Wheel of Fortune, is coming to Hazelhurst. She lands an audition and proves to be the perfect contestant choice, until her idol, Pat Sajak, walks in.

President Obama visits Brickleberry to honor Woody’s 30 years of perfect attendance as a park ranger and true to Brickleberry form, pandemonium ensues. After Woody is accidentally shot, Steve volunteers to be part of a very unique solution, and Bobby Possumcods, angered by Obamacare policies, creates his own backwoods healthcare plan. The President’s looming arrival leaves the remaining park rangers on edge, particularly Connie, who claims to have a past with the Commander in Chief.
