Het is 1654. De temperamentvolle Eloise groeide op in het klooster. Ze is er in haar jeugd door haar beroemde vader d'Artganan, één van de drie musketiers, achtergelaten. Nu is het kloosterhoofd geëxecuteerd en ziet Eloise het als haar taak de koning te waarschuwen dat ook zijn leven in gevaar is. Haar inmiddels op leeftijd zijnde vader en zijn 'collega's' besluiten haar bij te staan op haar tocht.
