De 10-jarige Agathe-Christine wordt ook wel AC genoemd. Ze is een buitenbeentje en gek op mysteries. De kelder in haar huis heeft ze omgetoverd tot een klein detectivebureau. AC’s eerste mysterie lijkt zo opgelost, maar het duurt niet lang voordat ze verstrengeld raakt in een behoorlijk ingewikkelde situatie.
