Baaba Keita is geboren in Belleville waar hij als agent werkzaam is. Op een dag wordt hij getuige van de moord op zijn jeugdvriend Roland. Deze was de verbindingsofficier tussen Frankrijk en Miami. Baaba moet diens plaats innemen om de moordenaar te vinden. In Miami aangekomen wordt hij mee op sleeptouw genomen door de agent Ricardo.
