8. Sunny Days

Kelly travels to her LA bureau to gauge whats going on out west. Always looking for new clients, she takes some major meetings with potential clients in LA. Back in New York, Kelly works on a fundraiser event for Cancer Vixen, a charity that works with breast cancer patients. Meanwhile, the staff decides to throw Kelly a surprise birthday party at the Carlyle Hotel.
7. Tough Times

No business is safe in this down economy, and Peoples Revolution is feeling the effects of the economic crisis. Kelly decides to rent out office space in their New York location for extra money. In order to combat employee burnout, Kelly hires new staff members to lessen the load around the office and switches to a new computer system that will hopefully make everyones lives easier. At the last minute, Kelly is hired for an important DKNY film and has just 24 hours to prepare for it. One of the new employees abruptly leaves town due to a family issue, leaving the rest of the staff back at square one with overbearing workloads.
6. Skinner's Boiling Point

Under extreme stress at the office, Stefanie reaches her boiling point and debates her future at PeopleÍs Revolution. After a few mishaps at the office, Kelly snaps at Andrew when he makes a major mistake. Since she has been traveling so much, Kelly clears her schedule to spend quality time with daughter Ava. Meanwhile, Stefanie approaches Kelly to discuss her workload.

Kelly, Emily and Robyn are still in London and have one final show for their client Jeremy Scott. Kellys assistant Andrew throws a dinner party for the Peoples Revolution staff, but drama ensues. All the while the team must pull off a major event for big time client Agent Provocateur by the time that Kelly returns to New York.

Kelly, Emily and Robyn head to London where they will help promote the 25th Anniversary of London Fashion Week. While there, the team consults with Henry Holland, head of fashion label House of Holland, and Kelly meets up with Avas father Illario for an emotional reunion. Back in New York, morale is low and employee Stefanie Skinner is overwhelmed while managing the office.
