Gato vit avec sa fille adolescente Emma et un petit groupe de personnes, dans une ferme isolée, sans téléphone ni internet. Mais Emma, tentée par la curiosité, se procure un téléphone portable et l'active, se rendant visible au monde. Quelques heures plus tard, il s'enfuit de la ferme. Gato part à sa recherche accompagné de son ami Sombra, avec qui il y a 17 ans, ils étaient sur le point d'être capturés par une secte. Ensemble, ils doivent secourir Emma qui a été kidnappée par la même organisation pour accomplir un rituel sanglant.
