L’amour de Lena (16 ans) pour son frère Noah n’a rien de fraternel. Pour tenter de s’en libérer, elle cherche à séduire l’ami de Noah, Enis. Mais l’amour qu’elle éprouve pour son frère tourne à l’obsession. Elle se perd en rêveries et commence à vivre plus dans un monde imaginaire que dans la réalité. Finalement, elle trouve la force d’avouer son amour à Noah. Choqué, celui-ci la repousse. Lena entame alors un voyage dans l’inconnu.
