Une équipe de journalistes se rend dans une usine afin de tourner un reportage sur un incident survenu deux ans plus tôt. Un employé avait alors assassiné seize de ses collègues de manière inexpliquée. Aujourd'hui, le groupe se retrouve piégé sur le site par une force inconnue.
