Neukölln est un quartier branché et inabordable de Berlin, Thies y travaille comme agent immobilier locatif. Il rencontre Bruno et sa sœur Sonja, immigrés de l'Est. Il démarre une liaison avec Bruno et propose de les héberger gratuitement dans un appartement dont il a la charge. Mais lorsque le danger se mêle aux mensonges et aux secrets, la situation devient vite incontrôlable.
