Créé en 1999 par Belle & Sebastian, ce festival alternatif post-rock tire son nom d'une chanson du Velvet Underground. Sa particularité ? Les programmateurs, qui changent chaque année, sont de vrais artistes, comme Sonic Youth, Vincent Gallo ou Pavement.
