À sa sortie de l’hôpital, Basile, un trentenaire à la personnalité hors normes, retourne vivre chez sa petite sœur Sarah avec qui il entretient une rare complicité face à sa maladie, la schizophrénie. Fantasque, drôle et charismatique, Basile va se soigner puis retrouver du travail et même rencontrer l’amour. En préférant cacher sa maladie à son nouvel entourage.
