Martin ist aus einer Anstalt für geisteskranke Kriminelle entflohen und hat sich in der Nähe der Grenze zum Osten versteckt. Er hat vier Frauen getötet, davon weiß er aber nach der Therapie in der Klinik nichts mehr. Die Morde sind immer passiert, wenn er eine rote Korallenkette am Hals einer Frau gesehen hat.
