Lin (Jackie Chang) es un agente especial de Hong Kong a cargo de James (Kim Gyngell), un científico especializado en bioquímica genética. Tras un experimento fallido, el doctor está bajo protección de testigos y trata de huir de Andre (Callan Mulvey), una especie de supersoldado mutado con ansias de venganza. La vida de Lin dará un giro inesperado cuando su hija sea secuestrada y la inyecten el componente bioquímico. Junto a un joven hacker, Lin tratará de recuperar a su hija y solucionar toda la trama que rodea a este experimento.
