El Presidente offers a satirical look at the corrupt corporation we know as FIFA. We learn how FIFA, once a modest sports organization, became a huge commercial and political powerhouse. At the center of the story is former FIFA president João Havelange and a naive Chilean who comes to be the president of the Chilean Football Federation, Sergio Jadue.
