The A-List: New York is an American reality television series from the LGBT-interest network Logo. The series, frequently described as a Real Housewives-style show, follows the lives of six gay and bisexual men in New York City. The series was originally announced under the title Kept, but the title was changed in pre-production. The series debuted on October 4, 2010, to mixed critical reviews. It was produced by Chelsea, Manhattan-based True Entertainment, which also produces Real Housewives of Atlanta. True Entertainment is a subsidiary of Endemol. Advertising for the series calls it "Housewives ... With Balls!" On January 18, 2011, Logo announced a second season for the series. Season two began airing on July 25, 2011 and consisted of 12 one hour episodes. The entire original cast returned along with one new cast member.
