محرم شاب مصري يقع في حب فتاة يابانية تعمل في السفارة اليابانية بالقاهرة، وتبادله الحب، ويقررا الزواج، وتعيش معه في شقة بإحدى المناطق العشوائية، وتنجب منه طفلين توأم، وتعود باﻷبناء إلى اليابان مجددًا، ويحاول (محرم) البحث عن أبنائه لكي يعود بهم إلى مصر
