Gabrielle (Gabrielle Marion-Rivard) es una joven que padece el síndrome de Williams, pero que tiene una gran alegría hacia la vida y un increíble talento musical. Además, está enamorada. Desde que conoció a Martin (Alexandre Landry), ambos se han hecho inseparables y son muy felices juntos. Sin embargo, no todo el mundo comparte esa felicidad.
