Un grupo de amigos se dispone a realizar una película de zombis en un edificio abandonado. Entre técnicos y actores desganados, parece que sólo el director está dispuesto a invertir la energía necesaria para terminar su película de terror de bajo presupuesto. Pero la inesperada irrupción de auténticos muertos vivientes perturbará el rodaje original.
