Russians love their beef, so they are setting up their own beef industry with the help of some American cowboys. Vinnie's set a series of challenges, and works alongside both American and Russian cowboys as he tries to earn his spurs Russian style. But first he has to get back in the saddle and hasn't been on a horse in years. Can he hack it with Russia's tough cowboys?

Starting in the main depot hub of Russia's Northern rail line, Vinnie tackles the jobs of the Russian rail worker. From dismantling the locomotive wheels to working with a blacksmith, Vinnie gets down and dirty servicing a locomotive. Then he takes it north to the end of the line. Next he's off to take part in the polar games, 100 miles inside the Arctic Circle. He joins the annual reindeer race, a 700 meter sprint on ice and snow.

Vinnie Jones makes a big catch in Russia's Far East, works in a fish processing factory, and goes hunting with reindeer herders. First he joins the crew of the Captain Malyakin and heads out on the Pacific Ocean. Then, he's off to a fish processing factory. Later, Vinnie meets the men who live out in the wild, herding reindeer. It's a hard, nomadic life as they follow the herd across the tundra. As well as the sub-zero temperatures, wolves and bears are a constant threat. Vinnie helps castrate--and slaughter--a reindeer.

Vinnie Jones travels to Kamchatka to live and work with poaching police protecting the welfare of the large population of brown bears, as well as tracking local salmon poachers as they make their way along the river. Vinnie also meets some locals who race with their sled dogs and goes for a spin on the beach with a group of dedicated motorbike enthusiasts.
