Saint Ange is een verlaten weeshuis ergens in de Franse Alpen. Vlak voordat het werd gesloten kreeg een weeskind een dodelijk ongeval. Anna heeft de taak het vervallen tehuis schoon te maken, maar tijdens haar werk hoort ze voetstappen, gefluister en gelach.
