Jorge “el Sabueso” Villafañez es un detective privado cuyo método es simple: a la gente le gusta hablar. Fuera de su trabajo, es un hombre solitario, machista y egoísta. Un día debe seguir a Elvira, una famosa coreógrafa y, sin percibirlo, empieza a perder el olfato habitual. Desde entonces, el mundo del detective cambia para siempre y ya no hay tormenta, por leve que sea, que no lo sacuda.
