Alejandro y Ana llevan a su familia de vacaciones a una isla remota en el sur de Chile. La tranquilidad del viaje se ve perturbada cuando Nicolás, el encargado del mantenimiento, que los transportó hasta allí, desaparece dejando a la familia atrapada.
