Trooper Noll gets a horrific call that a car has rolled off a cliff and into a stream up on a mountain pass. There’s no direct contact with the victims, so he must rely solely on text messages with the original informer. Up north in Fairbanks, Trooper Johnson gets a startling call that a man has passed out in his car in the middle of the road, completely unresponsive. Down south in Soldotna, Trooper Tefft is searching for a man who’s created a dangerous situation. When the man dropped off his child with his ex, she noticed he reeked of alcohol — and when confronted, he assaulted her with his truck. Finally, back north in Fairbanks, Trooper Worland gets a call from a petrified young girl who says that three masked men had been trying to enter her home.
12. Drugged, Drunk, & Deranged

Alaska State Troopers are taken on a wild ride through the ups and downs of what it means to be a protector of the people. Troopers respond to one call after another, ranging from a supposedly aggressive rabbit to a family member involved in a car crash. We are brought to the far reaches of the state to investigate a village store break-in, and in Fairbanks, Troopers must confront an aggressive man at the local transfer station.

Alaska is the largest state in the U.S., which means Troopers have their work cut out for them when it comes to hunting down criminals on the loose. In the Mat-Su Valley, Troopers and K9s are tracking down a couple of thieves through the snowy backwoods. Meanwhile, a blaring horn has everyone perplexed — it's difficult to track the source of the noise and it could be a desperate call for help, so the Troopers split up to cover more ground. In Fairbanks, Troopers are also on the hunt, but this time for an armed and aggressive home intruder.
