Michael arrives in Berlin to visit his ex-girlfriend Gabi, when a terrible virus spreads across the city, turning ordinary people into mindless homicidal maniacs. Trapped in his girlfriend's flat, he teams up with Harper, a teenage plumber, as hordes of infected zombies begin to swarm the building. The unlikely duo must escape the infested building, outwit the undead and find Gabi before its too late.
