Sandra asuu 8-vuotiaan tyttärensä kanssa ja hoitaa sairasta isäänsä. Läheinen suhde isään on muuttunut sairauden myötä. Sandra yrittää äitinsä ja siskonsa kanssa saada isän laadukkaaseen hoitokotiin.
