La película muestra el día a día de una compañía de teatro itinerante. Van de ciudad en ciudad, y aportan sueños y desorden a nuestras vidas. Son ogros, gigantes, y tienen muchísimo teatro y kilómetros a sus espaldas. Pero la llegada inminente de un bebé y el regreso de una antigua amante van a hacer resurgir viejas heridas.
