En las afueras de Madrid, en España, cientos de extras han sido encerrados en un pabellón industrial para fingir que celebran con alegría histérica una falsa fiesta de Nochevieja que se emitirá por televisión. Pero una semana y media después, el enfrentamiento entre las dos estrellas del espectáculo, así como entre varios miembros del equipo técnico, amenaza con prolongar semejante pesadilla.
