A human washed up on the reef's beach. When Sammy and the other adults turtles go find a boat to save the castaway, Ella and Ricky can't prevent themselves to get closer to him.

Village council day, the children criticise its functioning and the way the adults manage it. Sammy has an idea : from now on, the children will take care of the reef while the adults will go to school and make their homework. Ricky and his friends are overjoyed. On their way to school, Ricky and Pipo are helping Shelly to pick up flowers that she dropped from her basket, and which are floating in the reef. Shelly tells them to precise to Lulu that they're late because of her. But Ricky and Pipo dawdle on their way, and get to school very late. Against all odds, Shelly cover them anyway.

Glitz decide to takes advantage of Anabelle's artistic talents. Indeed, while she fools Anabelle pretending that her drawings have no value, the scorpfish secretly bargain them against precious items.
