Edgar Wallace - Der Hexer
Nachdem er zwei seiner Komplizen getötet hat, findet ein Gangsterboss selbst den Tod durch das steckbrieflich gesuchte Verbrecherphantom „Der Hexer“, der damit die Ermordung seiner Schwester rächt. Inspektor Higgins und Kommissar Wesby von Scotland Yard sollen den Rächer stoppen, bevor er noch weitere Selbstjustizmorde begehen kann.
