Irène ist 30 und war seit Jahren nicht mehr mit einem Mann zusammen. Ihre Arbeitskollegin und Freundin propagiert, man sei als Single doch viel besser dran. Aber Irène fühlt sich einsam und sehnt sich verzweifelt nach einem Mann in ihrem Leben. Sie versucht ihr Glück beim Arbeitskollegen Luca, doch der steht nur auf Cybersex, während der gutgelaunte, immer nette Francois, der ihre Wohnung renoviert, ihr nur auf die Nerven geht.
