Jonathan Seward consigue localizar al conde Drácula en su castillo y matarlo clavándole una estaca en el corazón. Sin embargo, el doctor Frankenstein resucita al vampiro utilizando para ello la sangre de la cantante de un nightclub. El investigador y el vampiro, junto con el monstruo de Frankenstein y un ayudante mutante llamado Morpho, se unen con el fin de crear un ejército que gobierne el mundo.
