Nominated for two Cesar Awards, Next Time I'll Aim for the Heart is a chilling chronicle of notorious serial killer played by Guillaume Canet. While Alain Lamare was terrorizing France in the winter of 1978-79, he was also an outstanding gendarme tasked with apprehending the killer. His victims were all helpless young women, whom he stalked and shot while trying to start a love affair with his pretty cleaning lady. The evocative period soundtrack includes Johnny Thunders and The Velvet Underground.
