Danach beginnt die Reise von der unberührten Natur in die Hektik der modernen Grossstadt. Durch New York, Los Angeles und San Francisco hasten die Menschen, strömen die Blechlawinen, und darüber türmen sich die Gebäude. Impressionen von zerfallenen Wohnsilos folgen, Gebäude stürzen ein, alles untermalt von der betörenden und minimalistischen Musik von Philip Glass.
