Para algunos, la gastronomía sigue siendo una cuestión de pasión, de afrontar desafíos cada vez más ambiciosos, y del amor a un oficio y al equipo de gente que lo rodea. Es el caso de Germán Martitegui, considerado el chef número uno de Argentina. En el marco del décimo aniversario de su restaurante, Tegui, decide marcharse con un equipo de 22 personas para crear una experiencia única durante 40 noches al aire libre frente a la Cordillera de los Andes. Aquí construyen juntos un menú limitado solamente por los productos exclusivos del lugar, marcado por el compromiso y la creatividad.
