Terry realises that the shares must've been a back-hander for pushing the drug through the official channels more quickly. Meanwhile, Decky has been arrested, but Tessa is too scared to identify him.

Maureen follows up on the connection between Olivia and Rogan. She goes to the Irish Medicine Board and finds out that Rogan was on the board of the government committee that passed drugs for Chemacran.

She gets a call from Olivia, the hard-nosed American CEO of huge U.S. pharmaceutical company, Maestus International. She's in town to complete takeover negotiations with the charismatic MD of Chemacran, an Irish pharmaceutical company.
