Fish announces that John Cage will officially be part-time, and asks Ally to be partner. Ally adjusts to living with Maddie with much help from Victor, who agrees to babysit afternoons for a little while.

Ally represents a man being sued by his wife when he bankrupts them as a result of buying her presents. Working together, they find they are attracted to each other. Glenn keeps showing up at Ally's to talk.
