Her conflict with Fernanda gets worse and, with a dirty trick, she and Julio get hold of the majority of the company shares. Pedro then quits to make Fernanda’s life easier, but everything gets worse when Mariana announces she is pregnant with Junior’s baby. She is willing to show how far she can go to have her revenge, even wrecking Junior and Lucia’s relationship.

Fernanda appoints Pedro as chief of staff, because of his charisma when interacting with people, although with Mariana and Julio working there, he must deal with fights on a daily basis. Fernanda considers Pipe to replace Junior, Mariana hides the fact that Pipe is the mole that betrayed them and suggests Cata for the job instead; Junior then leaves the company. She enjoys being part of Pedro’s world, even though she’s the center of attention at the gathering. Mariana finds out that Junior’s father is in Bogota and has kept that information from her.
