From serving Christmas dinner at a homelessness shelter to a series of moving encounters with people experiencing or on the brink of homelessness around the UK, this episode shadows Prince William and his team as they explore solutions to the crisis. In candid interviews, Prince William explains how he was first introduced to the reality of homelessness by his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.
