Carlo and Max are forced to follow the game from the hospital as they try to clear themselves with the police, who, pursued by the suspected victim, suspect they were the ones who caused the accident.

Signoretti, president of the Lazio region, proposes to Verdone the candidacy for mayor of Rome. Verdone promises to think about it but due to a series of coincidences the news reaches Roberto D'Agostino's ears ... which makes it dramatically public.
